MEAL PLAN



























  • ni meal plan utk LOSE WEIGHT!!! (if nk lebey effective korunk nk turunkan berat badan korunk adjust sket jadual ni , i means waktu lunch tue tukar minum shake, untuk pembakaran yg lebey effective la, klo tengahari dah mbik nasi(karbo), pembakaran lemak slow sket, so between breakfast n lunch tu korunk ley mkn taw, sbb biasanya normal ppl, minum shake tahan 4 jam pastue korunk akan lapar balik, so actually time ni before lunch korunk bley mbik "protein type food" cam (tempe, tauhu, telur, ikan, yogurt, )~ cam telur ley wat 4 ke 7 biji takder masalah , buatla scramble ker, telur dadar ke, separuh masak.. (no telur rebus k, sbb telur rebus white egg n egg yolks tue da terpisah) as long as telur putih n kuning bercampur tu OK yer.. same goes after lunch klo korunk lapar nk tunggu dinner, mbik PROTEIN TYPE K.. lunch barula mbik berat (COLOURFUL MEAL)..


                        
  • ni meal plan bg yg berpuasa , so korunk ley guna jadual ni bila tgah berpuasa, for sure korunk bley turun berat badan byk gile.. waktu puasa kan kita tak minum air tak makan, OF COURSE LA, so waktu mlm lah time kite nk topup air byk2,
